It's Wednesday, it's 9.30 PM in my watch and I am sure none of you are reading this right now because obviously , free Martini, duh? :P

So, anyway , hope you guys are doing great and having loads of fun !

I, on the other side , present to you my next fashion report.

Yes, it's the one you and me have waited long enough for!

The GREAT LITTLE BLACK DRESS. 

Excuse me, but I would first want to pull you back to THIS outfit's brief history.

The little black dress is said to be an evening, short cocktail dress , neatly cut and fabulously finished from all directions. 

According to our only and very reliable source of information, fashion historians describe the origin of the little black dress to the 1920's designs of Coco Chanel and Jean Patou. Oh and read this- 'The black Givenchy dress of Audrey Hepburn as Holly Golightly in Breakfast at Tiffany’s, designed by Hubert de Givenchy, epitomized the standard for wearing little black dresses accessorized with pearls (together called "basic black"), as was frequently seen throughout the early 1960s. The dress set a record in 2006 when it was auctioned for £410,000, six times its original estimate.' (Thanks wikipedia) 

Obviously , we all know , it is that ONE outfit ,your closet is incomplete without and you can ALWAYS swear by it. (well,almost!)

 It is that one fashion rule you can never break !

There are endless ways to mold an LBD and that's where the actual trick lies. How better you ''not'' go overboard with your lil black dress is what will make it stand out in the eyes of fashion saints. Remember, most of the times, a lil black dress is given marks only on its cut and style and not really how you hide it with excessive accessories.   

Last but not the least, do the perfect make-up and hair with it. I have used my bright orange lipstick with peach-rose and glossy blush. I have done the winged cum smokey eyes and highlighted with mascara and shadow-stylist. I could even use statement pumps with my outfit, but as I wanted to keep it simple to the maximum extent , I went for small partial

 wedge heels.

Hi Everyone!

How was your day Sunday?

Mine was totally chilled out and I followed almost all Sunday rules - a great Breakfast , Spa visits , Internet exploration and loads of sleep and coffee! 

I am here today with another Fashion report on the famous- Check patterns.  The shoot was not planned and totally random , though I thought of writing a quick post for all of you because Checks are a total YES-YES for this autumn- winter. 

They are comfortable and chic , classy and gorgeous and there is no end to the color combinations they are present in. 

Check combos , as I said before are available in numerous colors. Big designers focus on experimenting with the checks in all possible ways to make them look  unique. The best thing I like about this pattern is that it is totallyyyy Uni-sexual. There is no demarcation as to what checks a man or a woman are suppose to wear. No man's land...

Hola !

 How are you my pretties? 

Happy Mondays are here again and a beautiful change in the weather we were eagerly waiting for. 

As I just wake up to a sunset , having my strong coffee , I thought of writing a quick post for all of you to give you a kick start week ahead. We are driving down to the no man's land so come with me !

The weather change and a romantic chill in the air is as perfect as it sounds and blazers are the best time for it. I picked up my casual butterfly printed shirt with fitted jeans and combined them with a blazer to complete the outfit. I matched my bag with black moccasins to make a set. If you noticed I went for all dark colors and blocked my colors with a statement red necklace. The outfit is great if you are out from morning to evening and don't have time for a change. Make-up tutorial ! ( Night party , 5 minutes make-up)

Special hello to this new visitor reading this and a biiiiiiiiig gigantic hug to all my eleven thousand blog visitors and five hundred forty four Facebook followers!

Yes, I count. :P

Lots of new things are happening and we are coming with big projects but before that , let's catch up with this new beauty report I have complied for you on - quickest , night-sexy-non-overbearing make up tutorial! :)

Often , actually not often but always, no matter how planned our evenings are, we, women always end up making our rooms look earthquake- struck just before a party. (admit it ! : )

I am here to share and lessen your burden by telling you how when we don't time have left for make-up , we can still do it !

YES ! so 8-products , 5 minutes = successful quick party make up. 

There are endless products in the market and there is no end to layering your face with all. 

But , we don't do the same here. Make-up is no rocket science but it surely is a tricky subject. By that I mean , all you need to do is learn a few tricks that shall give you the results you want and involve so much less effort!. Yes, I know you guys are thinking why I always dwell upon effortless fashion and make-up , it is because no one has enough time and we all are busy even if we are doing nothing. And its the need of the hour to be on fashion track , but duh , how fast we run, is our choice. 

So , setting aside this..umm weird philosophy of mine , lets see how we do this- 

Moisturize your skin with a good cream and make a base. Apply the cc or bb cream according to your skin shade and type. Then cover it with loose powder to keep the shine away. For a night party , I have used chambor blusher that works good as a bronzer as well as a blush and gives the perfect dewy look. For the lips it's a colorbar- orange obsession lipstick. It is my personal favorite because it can be used both during day and night time. For the eyes, it is my signature look. A cat eye turned into a smokey eye completed with 2 layers of mascara.

No I haven't used all these products , the sight looked pretty so I put  it up here. :P
